It has been achieved.

Does LJ still support crossposting to Dreamwidth? Can I import all my posts over there, or just the unlocked ones?

You can still crosspost. You can also import all of your posts and settings to DW. It will recreate your filters and keep posts at teh same security settings unless you change DW to a more secure setting. For example, when I imported all my LJ posts, I changed my DW default to friends only so all of my previously public LJ posts were imported as FO. If you leave your default posting setting to public, it will keep all imported post security settings.

Yep. There is an FAQ in the FAQ specifically for Lj users who have migrated. Key warning, make sure passwords on both sites are exactly the same or nothing with be cross posted or uploaded.

No, your passwords don't need to be the same. Mine aren't and have never been.

Really? Good to know then. For some reason it demanded both of mine were the same. Not sure why.

I have different passwords for LJ and DW. But my handle is the same.

Yes. I have three separate sets of DW/LJ blogs that crosspost beautifully.

The *only* thing I don't like about DW is that their post page has a number of issues rendering and running correctly under either Safari or Chrome on an iPad. Other than that, as long as I'm careful to update DW with my LJ password when I change my LJ password, cross-posting (and editing cross-posted) entries works beautifully.

Hrm, what iPad/iOS version is it? Are you using the beta entry form or the original one?

I'm using iOS 7, and doing so with whatever comes up at www.dreamwidth.org/update.

If you don't need the RTE (rich text editor) and this page says beta testing is off, turn it on and see if that helps any:
